Platform Terms and Conditions of Use win25

Access to the win25 platform is limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. win25 reserves the right to verify each user's eligibility at any time, including requesting identity verification documents (KYC) as part of our standard international compliance process.

• You must be aged at least 18 years of age at the date of registration. win25 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward underage participation, and all accounts suspected of being owned by minors will be immediately suspended pending investigation.
• You must register using your own name and accurate, up-to-date information. Registering on behalf of another person, using false information, or assuming a false identity is strictly prohibited.

Holding multiple accounts — whether using different names, phone numbers, emails, or payment details — is a serious violation of these Terms and Conditions and may result in termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, active mobile number, and valid bank details. This information will be used for identity verification, withdrawal processing, and account-related communications.

• Your account password must contain at least eight (8) characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs within your account. win25 is not liable for any losses resulting from password sharing or account use by third parties.
• Any changes to account information such as phone number or bank details must be made through official win25 support channels and are subject to a re-verification process.
• Win25 reserves the right to reject registration applications without providing any reason.

Win25 accepts deposits via a range of safe and trusted payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, direct bank transfers to Maybank, CIMB, RHB, Public Bank, and other major Malaysian banks, as well as cryptocurrencies such as USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), Bitcoin, and Ethereum.

• Minimum deposit is RM 30 for conventional payment methods and the equivalent of USD 10 for crypto deposits.
• All deposits must be made from a bank account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned to the original source, subject to applicable processing fees.
• Win25 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges, which are beyond win25's control.

Win25 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests promptly and transparently. Our withdrawal system supports DuitNow as the primary method, with processing times as fast as 15 minutes for fully verified accounts.

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction. There is no daily maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified VIP accounts.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account registered in your own name and verified through KYC. win25 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• A member fails to complete KYC verification requirements within the specified timeframe after being requested to do so.
